The Town of Colmar Manor is governed by a Mayor & Council form of government. One Councilmember is elected from each of the Town's four wards. The Mayor is elected at-large. Each representative is elected to a four year term. The next election, barring any vacancies, will be held in 2024. This election will be for all four Councilmembers. An election for Mayor will be in 2026. The current representatives are as follows:
